New Mexico Racing Commission
The New Mexico Racing Commission is the ruling and governing body that provides regulation for the New Mexico pari-mutual horseracing industry. It’s mandate is to protect the interest of the State of New Mexico and wagering patrons in a manner that is positive economically for racetrack owners, horsemen and horse owners. Race track management, horse owners and horsemen racing horses in New Mexico are mandated to comply with the rules and regulations set forth by this organization.
